- Searching, saving favorites and price alerts are free.
- Your questions go to the agency that offers the home; your details are used only to answer about that property.
- An agent can register you as their client only if you confirm it by email. You can say no.
- Prices and facts come from the owner or agency; Valeria marks verified listings. Always confirm with a notary before you pay.
- Valeria never charges you a commission.
Deals and your data
- In Tratos you see the checklist, documents and steps of your purchase with your agent and the seller.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data (ARCO rights) at privacidad@valai.mx.
- Buying as a foreigner: read the foreign-buyer guide (fideicomiso, restricted zone).
