In Set up in 2 minutes there is one box: paste your EasyBroker or Tokko key, or the link to your website or catalogue, and your listings come in with their photos and update every day.

Yes. Choose the photos from your phone and paste the text of your post: Valeria reads the price, rooms, size and neighbourhood. Valeria never reads Facebook itself; you bring your own photos and text.

No. Type your email in Sign in without a password and a link that signs you in arrives in your inbox. You can set a password later in My account.

Yes, always. You publish your development with the commission you offer agents, they register their buyers and you confirm each one.

The first 100 agents to sign up, from today or on the event day, get Valeria Pro free for 6 months, counted from November 12, and a founder badge on their profile.

The Realtor conduct & non-circumvention agreement. In short: anyone you meet through Valeria is worked through Valeria for 12 months, you report your closings in Panel › Cierres within 10 days, and you never close a deal behind Valeria's back.

Owners register their homes privately and Valeria recommends agents by their real record (confirmed sales, verified reviews, response time). When an owner invites you and you accept, you are their agent. You also get buyers from your listings, your website and the shared pool.

You pay a match fee only when an owner chooses you and you accept: MXN 500 + IVA for homes up to MXN 1,000,000 and for rentals, MXN 1,500 + IVA above. You see the amount before accepting. Your first client is on us. If the home does not sell in 6 months, your next match is free.

Never. Valeria takes no percentage of any sale or rental. Valeria Pro (MXN 249 + IVA a month) is optional.

Only through Valeria. If you got the contact here (a match, a buyer lead, a question, a visit, the shared pool or a development), the deal goes through Valeria for 12 months.

Every sale is recorded in the Public Property Registry (INSEJUPY in Yucatán, IRCNL in Nuevo León) with seller, buyer, date and notary. Valeria keeps a dated, tamper-evident record of every match, message and appointment, and can compare both, along with listings on other portals and what owners tell us.

Suspension or permanent removal, a note on your profile and a contractual penalty (amount set in the final agreement). If the conduct may violate the law, Valeria may inform the authority.

If they pick another Valeria agent, you get a credit for your next match. If the home is withdrawn unsold, Valeria reviews it. Credits are not paid out in cash.

You do. Once matched, prepare it in your listing editor: at least 15 photos (1200 px or more), a description of 200+ characters without phone numbers or emails, and the verified facts. It goes live under your name when it passes the checklist.

No. Your photos, videos and texts are yours and stay in your account. The listing comes off the site and the new agent makes their own.

Yes, free: your-agency.valai.mx or your own domain, with your listings, a contact form into your CRM and a WhatsApp button.

Yes, in My networks: connect EasyBroker or Tokko once, or paste a catalogue link, and they update every day. With Pro, what you publish on Valeria can also go to your EasyBroker.

Owners only see verified agents, and Yucatán requires an official license. Keep your license (e.g. INSEJUPY) valid and your profile truthful.

No. No cost and no card, and you never pay Valeria anything when you sell.

Valeria recommends agents by their real record. You invite up to 3, and when they accept you choose one. If you already know an agent, you can give them your PIN.

Only the agent you choose. Until then your home is private, and once published the public sees the area, not the exact address.

The agent you choose: at least 15 professional photos, the description and the listing.

They belong to the agent who made them. Your listing comes off the site and your new agent takes new photos. Your home's facts (m², bedrooms, price) stay.

Yes. Your agent represents you for 90 days on Valeria and you can end it earlier, at no cost to you, from your panel.

So there are no ghost listings. Every 21 days we ask; with no answer in 7 days the listing pauses until you say yes.

Use "Report" in your panel. Agents on Valeria signed an agreement not to work behind the platform, and we act on reports.

Yes. Search, save homes, set alerts and ask for visits at no cost.

To protect owners. Ask about the home and the agency that offers it answers you.

Only if you confirm it by email. You can say no.

Yes. Near the coast it is through a bank trust (fideicomiso); the foreign-buyer guide and the cost calculator explain it.

No. Valeria charges developers no fee and never handles commissions.

You open the project to agents with your commission and term. An agent registers a buyer, the buyer confirms by email, and you see that buyer came with that agent. If the buyer had already contacted you directly, the registration doesn't apply.

No, for their privacy. You talk to them through Valeria (messages, appointments and notes), and they share their details when they choose.

Yes, from Campaigns, to your contacts and leads who agreed to hear from you. Every message carries an unsubscribe link.
