Match fee
A single payment when an owner chooses you and you get their contact. If they don't choose you, you don't pay.
- Your first client on Valeria is on us: your first match has no fee.
- You pay only when you and the owner are matched (invitation accepted, PIN or approval). Never a share of your commission.
- If the property doesn't sell or rent within 6 months, your next match is free (credit, not cash).
- If the owner removes you within 90 days and picks another ValAI agent, you get a credit for your next match.
- Invite a colleague with your link: when they pay their first fee, you earn a free match.
- Valeria never charges or handles your commission.
Services for your brand (with Pro)
We build your website, register your domain in your name and give you email with your agency's name. Billing starts when we deliver.
Valeria Pro + domain + 1 mailbox = MXN 349 + IVA a month. Pay the year upfront and the website is free.
